Hi,

I’m Rama Kamboj, From Delhi. I want inform you that yesterday (4th sep 2016, sunday) I was cooked ching’s chinese for my son. I have a habit to check all the things before cook. so, when I cut the packet of ching’s and put it into the plate I have seen the long dead insect on that.

Then I called on your customer care no. but no one picked up the phone.. I tried your numbers again from my office on monday, but nobody …nobody picked the phone.

I have all the pics of the packet and insect. You can revert me back at the number given below, if I don’t receive any call from your office then I’ll post all that pics to everywhere, social media, news channels live pages and off-course Ranveer Singh too, as I’m also from Advertising Company.

Hello,

Here I’m sending all the details to you regarding my complaint against Ching’s Chinese noodles as under (Pictures attached):-

1. no pinhole on the packet.

2. Packet sealed in a proper way.

3. Batch No. – V19c16HGN01 A1,
Manufacturing Date:- 19/03/2016
Time printed:- 21:04:24 / 25

4. I have purchased 5 packets from – Rishabh General Store, P Block, Budh Vihar, Phase-I, Near SBI and Canara Bank ATM (For more information call- 9013464822)

5. My address:- P-29, 2nd Floor, Phase- I, Budh Vihar, Near SBI & Canara Bank ATM, 10 feet Road, Delhi- 110086.

Now, please investigate properly, it can be unfortunate incident, but I can’t tolerate this peacefully, This can be happen anyone with any brand, But why we people tolerate this.

As per my forward conversation with customer care of Capital Foods, I just wanted to say that I’m following this matter since 5th September 2015, but I don’t receive proper reply or any satisfactory answers or any compensate from your company.

So I written two worning mails to them but they din’t reply yet to me, So I think that I have to inform to someone who is in the management once, to do anything against the company, I search this contact from India Mart and mail the issue…

I request you to please look into this matter seriously and revert me back with any solution ASAP

Dear Customer,

We have investigated your complaint at our end and checked all records of 19.03.2016 (Manufacturing day printed on pack) and found no deviation in our process. we are still carrying out investigation to identify the root cause of the problem. checked retained samples of same batch we have kept as control and did not found any deviation. Meanwhile We would like to give you an Overview of the Food Safety Management System at Capital Foods Pvt. Ltd.

At Capital Foods manufacturing facilities we have a well laid and elaborated Food Safety Management System based on the requirements of the FSSC standards. The entire processes from receiving of Raw materials to finished goods dispatch are well in place.

Our Company is FSSC 22000 certified.
We have external audits, frequently taking place at our factory unit on regular intervals for any deviations in process, line control, pest control and dispatch systems.

There are qualified and trained personnel right from vendor development through the final inspection and dispatch inspection. There is a strong monitoring system in place at every stage of product manufacturing. The Head of every department verifies all the documents and process before passing the products to the next stage. Daily Raw Materials and Packing Materials are checked on receiving .The plants have a well laid infrastructure. The daily hygiene checklists and daily personal hygiene checklist are in place.

In addition we have moved to level where all the records are collated on a regular basis and verification of the records is done by QA staff. All the records of every department are quite well in place and properly maintained.

The products are 100 % produced as per the designed Standard Operating Procedure. There are on line – quality control checks at every stage from Quality Assurance and well laid traceability system from Raw Material to Finished Goods records and vice –versa.

After every production, next day all the products are tested for sensory and chemical parameters.

During packing into final shipper cartons every single product is again checked for possible deviation. At our end we take utmost precaution to prevent any incidences of contamination or food safety quality issues going out of the factory.

We acknowledge your dissatisfaction regarding our product and thank you for mentioning it to us.

We are still finding out the possible loopholes due to which this dissatisfaction has occurred and taken your complaint as customer feedback. Such Feedback helps us to improve further.

Also we have communicated your complaint to our sales executive for product replacement & he will contact you for suitable time to meet.
